Somewhere between “too young” and “giving up,” there’s Golden Hour.
Clothes should change with you — not ask you to disappear.
Shopping in your 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s can start to feel like a choice between two bad options: clothes made for a completely different body, or shapeless pieces that quietly suggest you should stop trying. Neither one feels like you.
Golden Hour was created for women who still love getting dressed, but no longer want to fight their clothes. Women who want comfort without looking hidden, coverage without feeling old-fashioned, and modern pieces that feel natural on the body they have now.
She didn’t want to dress younger. She wanted to feel like herself.
Vivienne knew the familiar fitting-room frustrations: waistbands that dig in, fabrics that cling in the wrong places, sleeves and necklines that never feel quite right, and collections that seem to forget women once their bodies begin to change.
She believed getting older should refine your style, not reduce your choices. That belief became Golden Hour: a boutique built around flattering shapes, effortless comfort and the confidence that comes from recognising yourself in the mirror.
Today, Vivienne and our small team order hundreds of samples, try them on real women between 35 and 60, wash them and measure them flat. Most do not make the cut. The pieces that remain are the ones we believe you will genuinely want to wear.
