Golden Hour operates Golden-Hour.shop and the related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Golden Hour is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate the Services.
This Privacy Policy explains how Golden Hour collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit or use the Services, create an account, place an order, request a return or refund, communicate with us or otherwise interact with Golden Hour.
Where these Terms conflict with the Terms of Service in relation to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy shall control solely in respect of that subject matter.

Order and transaction information, including products viewed, placed in a cart, saved, purchased, returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded, together with transaction history, discounts, shipping choices and customer-service records.
Communications, including information contained in customer-service inquiries, contact forms, reviews, complaints, return requests, refund requests, payment disputes and other communications with Golden Hour.
Device and technical information, including browser type, device type, operating system, network connection, IP address, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers and other unique or technical identifiers.
Usage information, including information about how and when you access, navigate and interact with the Services, product pages, checkout, communications and advertising.

From Shopify and other service providers that provide ecommerce infrastructure, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, customer support, hosting, fulfillment, shipping, marketing or related services.
From carriers, fulfillment participants, suppliers and logistics providers in connection with order processing, shipment, delivery, returns and claims.
From business, advertising and marketing partners where permitted by applicable law.
From publicly available sources, regulators, authorities or other third parties where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or protection of rights.

To Shopify, which hosts and supports the ecommerce Services.
To payment processors, banks, financing providers and fraud-prevention providers for payment authorization, transaction administration, refunds, fraud detection and dispute handling.
To suppliers, sourcing agents, fulfillment facilities, warehouses, carriers, customs intermediaries and logistics providers for order processing, shipment, delivery, returns and claims.
To providers of hosting, cloud storage, information technology, analytics, customer support, communications, reviews, security, marketing and advertising services.
To business and marketing partners where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable choices or opt-out rights.
When you direct us, request a disclosure or otherwise consent to a disclosure, including through social-media features, login integrations or requested shipping arrangements.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are hosted by Shopify.
Shopify collects and processes personal information concerning access to and use of the Services in order to provide, secure, operate and improve the ecommerce infrastructure used by Golden Hour.
Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and to service providers located in countries other than the country in which you reside.
Golden Hour may use Shopify functionality that incorporates information from interactions with Golden Hour, Shopify and other merchants in order to provide ecommerce, analytics, security, personalization or advertising features.
In circumstances where Shopify determines the purposes and means of processing independently, Shopify is responsible for that processing and for responding to applicable requests concerning such processing.

Golden Hour, Shopify and authorized service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies to:

support checkout and account security;
measure website performance;
understand use of the Services;
detect fraud;
personalize content; and
provide or measure advertising where permitted.
Where required, non-essential technologies will be used subject to applicable consent or opt-out requirements.

Golden Hour does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, accuracy or practices of an independent third party.

The inclusion of a link or integration does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement of the third party or its practices.
12. CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Services are not directed to children and Golden Hour does not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of legal majority applicable to the relevant transaction.

Golden Hour and its service providers maintain measures reasonably intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure.
