My new favorite store
I’ve placed two orders now. So far I have purchased a dress, a coat, two tops and a handbag. Everything feels wearable, feminine and current without trying too hard. I especially appreciate that the clothes are shown on women who look like actual grown women.

Some good, some not
I ordered three things. Loved the bag. Kept the jacket. Returned the set. The quality was fine on all three, but the set just didn’t look right on my body. The top felt too boxy while the pants fit well. I wish the pieces could be ordered in different sizes. Golden Hour Support — Camille: Hi Karen, thank you for reviewing the different items separately. Everyday Ease Wedge Sandals
Comfortable right out of the box. I wore them around the house first because I was worried about the width, but they felt good. I’m normally an 8.5 and ordered a 9 based on the sizing note. Glad I did.

Lovely
I ordered a dress and a small shoulder bag. Both looked very close to the photos and worked nicely together. The bag is smaller than what I usually carry, but it fits my phone, wallet and glasses. Very pleased with my first order.

Nice
The coatigan is beautiful and feels well made. It is warmer and heavier than I pictured, so I wouldn’t call it a light layer. For cool fall weather it’s perfect. For an air-conditioned office, maybe a little too warm..

Didn’t cling after dinner
This may sound oddly specific, but the dress still looked good after a large Italian dinner. No pulling, no waistband digging and no constant adjusting. That is a win in my book.

Nice item, slow tracking updates
The dress arrived in good condition and fits as described. My frustration was the tracking. It didn’t update for several days, so I wasn’t sure whether the package was moving. It arrived one day after the estimated window. The dress is a four-star item, but the delivery experience brought it down for me. Very flattering neckline
The neckline is open and feminine without showing too much. I normally avoid blouses because they pull across my bust, but this one has enough room. It wrinkles a little more than I expected after washing, although a quick steam fixed it.

My new travel outfit
Wore the Soft-Set on a six-hour flight. It was comfortable enough to sleep in, but I didn’t feel embarrassed walking into the hotel lobby afterward. The fabric didn’t bag out at the knees, which is usually my issue with knit pants.

Too short for me
The pants are comfortable, but at 5’10” they looked much more cropped than I expected. The product page did mention the inseam, so this is partly on me, but I wish there were a tall option. Great
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what would arrive because this was my first order from Golden Hour. The coatigan feels soft, the seams are neat and it looks great open or belted. I wore it three times in the first week. No weird smell out of the package either, wich I appreciated.

Finally, pants I can sit in
I wore the Cloud-Waist Pants to work and then out to dinner afterward. The waistband stayed comfortable all day and still looked polished with a blouse. I’m 5’5”, usually a size 12, and the Large fit me well. They are a little longer on me than shown in the photos, but not enough to bother me.

Comfortable without looking sloppy
I have bought plenty of “comfortable” clothes that basically looked like pajamas. This set does not. I wore it with gold earrings and white sneakers and felt completely put together. It also survived the school pickup line, grocery shopping and a two-hour drive without looking wrinkled.

Pretty, but the color was different
The blouse itself is nice and fits well, but the sage color looked cooler and more muted on my screen. In person it has more yellow in it. Pockets that actually hold something
The pockets fit my phone. Not half my phone. My entire phone. Five stars for that alone.

Size up if you want a relaxed fit
I’m between a Medium and Large and originally chose the Medium. It technically fit, but I wanted more room through my hips. I exchanged it for the Large and the drape is much nicer. The exchange process took a few emails but everyone was friendly.

Soft, comfortable and not clingy. That’s really all I wanted. I went back and ordered another one.

The Afterglow Sequin Dress falls beautifully and doesn’t stick around my stomach. The fabric feels more substantial than I expected, which was a nice surprise. My only issue is that the sleeves are a little snug around my upper arms. The body fits true to size, so I didn’t want to exchange it. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Nice selection
There is a good mix of casual and dressier pieces. I came for a jacket and ended up adding a bag because it was styled with the outfit. Dangerous for my wallet, but useful.

Easy outfit
Bought one of the matching sets and wore it with a coat and loafers I already owned. I looked like I had planned an outfit when really I got dressed in about three minutes. More of this please.

Pretty bag, short strap
The bag itself is beautiful and holds more than it looks like it would. The crossbody strap is a little short for me, even at the longest setting. I’m 5’9” with a fuller bust, so it sits higher than shown on the model. Still keeping it as a shoulder bag.

Dress fit. Shoes fit. Bag matched. Nothing smelled strange. Nothing arrived damaged. That is honestly a successful online order these days.

J’ai commandé une robe et un petit sac. Les deux articles sont jolis et faciles à porter. La robe tombe bien sans être trop serrée. Le sac est simple mais élégant. Bonne première commande.

Mostly great
I ordered four pieces during the sale. Dress — love it. Jacket — love it. Shoes — comfortable but slightly big. Bag — nice, but smaller than I imagined. Keeping everything because it all works, but definitely check the dimensions and sizing notes.

Comfortable and current
This is the first boutique I’ve found in a while where the clothing doesn’t feel either too young or completely shapeless. I’ve purchased a jacket and two dresses so far. All three are comfortable, but still feel like real outfits.

Second order
My first order was a handbag. My second order was shoes and a dress. That probably says enough. The dress took longer to arrive than the other items, but it did arrive within the date range shown. Everything has been good so far.

I’ll be back
What I liked most was not one specific item. It was that everything in my order worked together. The dress went with the jacket. The shoes worked with both. The bag didn’t match exactly, but coordinated. It felt like someone had actually thought about the collection instead of just putting random products on a website. I’ll be back.
